Processing speed requirement: 40 per minute per channel × 12 hours = 10,000 processed per day.

Quality control standard: Dimensional tolerance (specified width, height and length) ±1mm

Precise elimination of targets: Reduce the defective rate (missed detections and false detections) to below 0.5%.  





This solution selects the 3D line laser profile measuring instrument GL-8160, which has a maximum of 4096 points for the lateral profile data, can collect up to 49,000 profiles per second at the highest speed, and features an ultra-wide X-axis field of view and strong anti-interference capability.

Its measurement range is ±41mm (F.S. = 52mm), the reference distance is 160mm, and the Z-axis repeatability accuracy can reach 0.6μm.



With the support of this "black technology", not only can the efficiency and accuracy of picking be improved, but also the errors and waste caused by manual picking can be reduced.

Appearance defect detection

Before the initial inspection of agricultural products, they often have problems such as damage or foreign objects. The GL-8000, through high-speed scanning, can quickly identify damaged or foreign-object-containing substandard products, thereby reducing subsequent rework and resource waste.

 

Food cutting

The GL-8000 can obtain complete size data of products and work in coordination with robots to guide them to perform precise cutting according to the pre-determined size or dimension. This further reduces human error and enhances the consistency and stability of food cutting.



Sealing performance test

Poor sealing of agricultural products may lead to a series of problems such as spillage, contamination and food spoilage. The GL-8000 can capture precise data of the sealing area, thereby identifying products with poor sealing and eliminating those with potential risks in a timely manner, avoiding potential quality issues and food safety risks.
