Stable detection of color differences in workpiece appearance
The traditional red LED photoelectric sensor can only detect the intensity difference of light and can only receive light in the red wavelength range. PW series adopts white LED light source, which can receive all wavelength ranges of visible light. It can be detected according to the appearance color of the detected object, so as to accurately detect the subtle color difference.
Ultra-high color detection accuracy
PW series has super-high color detection accuracy and stability, and the detection results will not be affected by the change of environmental conditions. Even when the object is tilted or the distance is changed, the "white light spot" can stably detect the difference in the appearance color of the object.
